I'm now married to Samantha and have two children, Lauren aged 10 and
Josh aged 8. I started in retailing when I left "chippy" selling
everything from TV's to kitchens. For the past 7 years I have been working
in financial services based in Oxford. We built our own house in Croughton
about 7 years ago and have lived here ever since. I still work in "chippy"
occassionaly and would love to here from anyone that remebers me.

Now living in Upper Heyford with my partner Ken, wev'e been together 3
years.
I divorced after 28 years with a soldier. Have lived in Plymouth,Nottingham,
Edinbugrh,Malta, Germany and HongKong.
I have 2 beautiful daughters, Sharon 30 Christina 28 and 2 grandsons Troy
11 in August and Dylan who was 1 in May.

Hello there disapointing to not see many people from year on here .N e
way wots every one at? Ive been to college got two a-level (advanced maths
and Psychology) In the end got kicked out for the second time before i could
do my third! I have a good reason 4 being kicked out but i wont write it
up here. Im now take two yrs of before uni and am touring the states this
summer. Ive also had several poems published and frequently write songs
for some big local bands! That should show all those lot who thought i was
dumb >:-) . Neway love to hear from nebody who knew me (or thought they

Married to my wonderful wife Faye in Dec 2002 and have a lovely
daughter Lillia who was born in Feb 2006, now living and working from home
in Romsey, Hampshire. Still in touch with a few ex school mates, Will Fuller,

I was Head of Science at the school from 1965-73, and of the Sixth Form
for some of that time, followed by Peter Scrase. During that time
the science laboratories were expanded. We exhibited at the Oxford
Science Fair and took parties on field trips, sometimes in a pair of
ex-ambulances - Goonhilly Downs in Cornwall, the residential centre
at Tregoyd, South
Wales, Saffron Walden and points east, and more locally the Post Office
training school at Leafield. In school I have happy memories
of starting sixth-form hockey and of joining in other activities such as
the swimming parties organised by Jenny Allen.
If you are one of those from this period, and our paths crossed, I would
welcome contact. During that time I became extensively involved in
national (GCE) examining. Subsequently I went to Schools Council.
Last December I retired, after some years in Paris with OECD, working with
international groups, for instance on the new developments opened up by
the use of computers in education.

Retired in 2002 after working at English Electric / GEC /
Alstom at Stafford and Rugby. Married in 1970. We live in Rugby, Warwickshire,
and have two sons and two grandsons. I lived in Chippy from 1947 to 1951,
initially in a cottage 'Over The Common' and later in the School House in
New Street. My mother, Olive Padley, was born in Chippy in 1904 and she
lived there until 1935. We moved to Chippy in 1947, and my father was a
schoolteacher at a school in Charlbury. I went on a school trip with some
of the children from Charlbury School to the Festival of Britain in 1951.

So this is where you've all been hiding!
Anyway, here's my dodgy life for the last 11 years: After 3 years with London
Underground finance trainee moved back to Banbury and then onto near Peterborough.
Then became management accountant for an extotic fruit and veg firm. Saw
the light after a fab girly holiday to Thailand and planned to bimble around
the world for the rest of my days but ended up getting married to Nick instead.
We've been out in Saudi for nearly 3 years now, lapping up the sun and the
dodgy booze. Unfortunately not many jobs for women here so have become professional
housewife. Also doing OU degree so can eventually get a teaching job out
here.

Left school and went off to university. Got kicked out after
2 years and I moved up to Yorkshire to design test equipment for Jet Aircraft.
After 3 years of that I saw the light and reutned to Loughborough Uni to
finish my degree off. Graduated in 2003 and went to live in Lancashire,
doing more stuff with Jet Aircraft. Decided in the summer to make a career
move, and now I'm a Project Manager for a company designing high tech military
vehicles. I'm gradually returning to my roots, now living just south of
Milton Keynes. Foolishly passed my motorbike test this year, so my life
expectancy has now reduced greatly, but I'm having fun !

Am currently at Southampton University in my final year of a degree in
archaeology, after which I am planning to do a masters either at Soton or
at UCL. Am living in a typical student house with my boyfriend and four
other blokes, and living a typical student life. I haven't once missed Chipping
Norton School, it was a horrible place, but I did make some good friends
there, some of which I have lost contact with. So, if anyone wants to get

I'm now at University College Northampton doing a degree in Psychology
and Criminology. My days at Chippy will become ever more useful the more
in the Criminology part I get. I really enjoyed my time at Chippy and I
